Are there any per-user or per-listing charges?
No, you may have an unlimited number of agents and administrators using the system. There is also no limit to the number of owners and properties you can manage with RESMET.
When will I be charged?
Charges begin 7 days after you sign up. There is no long term contract (just month-to-month) and you can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you cancel your account anytime. Paid accounts have the option to have an XML data export provided free of charge.
Can I upgrade/downgrade our account?
Absolutely, you can add or remove RESMET options at any time. We don’t prorate for partial months and your new charges would be effective the following month. If upgrading, you can use the additional features at no cost until the next month begins.
If I cancel RESMET, can I take my data with me?
You can get an export of your data in XML format by contacting us at any time. You can use this export as a feed for other services or should you wish to discontinue using RESMET.
What else do I need to buy to use RESMET?
It is hosted by us so you don’t need an IT staff to get it up and running. Your data is also instantly backed up on our servers and backed up offsite every 24 hours. No plug-ins are required to use RESMET. You will need Microsoft Word to generate rental documents such as Leases.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
